4. The Introductory Services
All-Architecture.co.uk Website is designed to provide an introductory connection between potential customers/buyers with professionals/service providers to provide a variety of services.
You/Buyer/Customers will be able to post the request on all-architecture.co.uk to find potential professionals/service providers, and the Website may be able to help find professionals/service providers based on the requirements and your availability.
By submitting a request on the all-architecture.co.uk website, you must accept these Terms and Conditions to use the Introductory Services. At that point, an agreement for the provision of the Introductory Services will be established between you and us. If you decide to engage a Professional/Service Provider for their services, you will need to enter into a different contract called customer contract with Professional/Service providers.
By submitting a request, you permit us to check your contact information and location. If we find that your contact details are incorrect, inactive, or disabled, or if the IP address tied to your request doesn’t match the location of the service you’re asking for, or if your request doesn’t meet our criteria, we may remove or reject it.
After we verify your request, we’ll provide you with information for up to five Professionals or service providers who might be able to help with the services you need. These Professionals may contact you directly at the agreed time or through phone, email, SMS, or other methods. You also have the option to reach out to them yourself. If we can’t find any Professionals who match your requirements, we’ll let you know and give you the option to update your request.
You can review the information provided by the Professionals/Service Providers and decide whether to hire one of them for the services you need. We don’t endorse or guarantee that any of the Professionals/Service Providers we suggest will meet your specific needs. It’s up to you to communicate with them and ensure they’re the right fit before entering into any agreement. We’ll also give you a checklist that includes complaint and feedback processes, which you should review. Make sure to do your due diligence before signing any contracts with a service provider/professional.
If you decide to hire a Professional for the Services, you’ll become their customer and make a direct agreement with them (referred to as a "Customer Contract"). Keep in mind that the Services are carried out by the Professional/Service Provider, not by all-architecture.co.uk. This means that all-architecture.co.uk is not involved in the Customer Contract, and no employment or other service relationship is created between you and all-architecture.co.uk through this agreement.
All-architecture.co.uk will give you a link to the Professional’s profile or portfolio (if available). It's up to you to check their profile and do your research before deciding to hire them or enter into any agreement.
After the services are completed, we’ll send you a link to leave a review of the Professional/Service Provider. You have a choice to leave your review with your name or anonymously. Your review should be honest and reflect your personal experience. It should not include racist, sexist, or offensive language, discriminatory content, copyrighted material, unlawful information, personal data, or anything you know to be false or misleading. We reserve the right to remove reviews that don’t follow these guidelines, and you may lose the ability to submit future reviews. We may also ask for proof of purchase regarding the services provided.
All-architecture.co.uk does not control or take responsibility for the content on a Professional’s profile or website. The accuracy and content on those third-party websites are the sole responsibility of the Professional. If you decide to hire them, you’ll need to enter into a separate agreement directly with the Professional/Service Provider.
The Introductory Services are provided to you free of charge.
Note: All-Architecture.co.uk solely facilitates the introductions mentioned above. Any Services provided by a Professional/Service Provider to a Customer/Buyer will be governed by a separate legal contract between those parties. If there are any issues with the delivery or performance of those Services, your legal rights for redress will be against the Professional/Service Provider directly, not All-Architecture.co.uk.
5. Termination
You can always end your contract with us, and you can do this by ceasing to use the Introductory Services. You can contact us by contacting our page , email( info@all-architecture.co.uk ), or post using the details listed above.
Since All-Architecture.co.uk is not a party to any Customer Contract, ending or attempting to end this Agreement will not affect or terminate any Customer Contract you may have with a Professional/Service Provider.
We may restrict or revoke your access to our Services, deny your request for quotes, or block your use of the Website and cease providing any or all Introductory Services to you if:
- You violate any terms or conditions of this Agreement;
- We have reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading information to us;

These messages may be sent or posted on the Site without editing or reviewing, and they do not necessarily reflect our views or opinions. They may also contain inaccuracies, and we accept no responsibility for their content or for any loss caused by relying on them. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for any failure in sending or receiving information or for any loss or misrepresentation of your information.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim you have against All-Architecture (ZAAVI Media Ltd) should not be directed at our shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, or employees.
By agreeing to these terms, you understand that the contract for Services is strictly between you and the Professional/Service Provider. All-architecture.co.uk does not supervise, control, or manage the Professionals in any way while they fulfill their obligations. All-architecture.co.uk is not liable for the quality or delivery of the services provided, nor for any interactions you may have with the Professionals/Service Providers. If a Professional/Service Provider makes any errors, fails to meet obligations, or provides misleading information, it is their responsibility, not ours.
You acknowledge that it’s up to you to assess whether a Professional is the right fit for your needs. You’re responsible for deciding whether to enter into a contract with them and for verifying any details about the Professional/Service Provider. Be sure to read the checklist we provide when you submit your request to familiarize yourself with our complaint and feedback processes.
Recognizing that All-Architecture.co.uk is not a party to any contract between Customers and Professionals, you hereby release us from any claims, demands, or damages (both actual and consequential) of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to any disputes with a Professional existing at the time you enter into this Agreement. This includes, but isn’t limited to, any issues related to how well the services were performed, how they functioned, their quality, and any refund requests tied to those issues. However, this doesn’t cover any claims where All-Architecture.co.uk didn’t meet our responsibilities as outlined in the Terms of Use.

You agree not to request or permit anyone else to create a profile for you, your use, or your benefit, except that authorized employees or agents may create a profile on behalf of your business. By granting access to other users under your profile, you represent that:
- The person using your account has your permission to act on your behalf.
- You’re fully responsible for everything that person does or doesn’t do, including handling payments, customer contracts, and following the Terms of Use.
- If someone using your account breaks these Terms and Conditions, it could affect your ability to use our services. If your profile is closed, we might also close any linked profiles.
To use our introductory services, you’ll need to sign up for a profile with us:
- You agree to provide us when asked us any or all the following details, your proof of address, relevant insurance details, passport details, driving license, company details, and address, and all your qualification details. 6. Quality of Introductory Services
All-architecture.co.uk will do its best to provide the Introductory Services with care and skill. However, unless we say otherwise on the website, we can't guarantee the exact timing for when you'll receive contacts, so time won't be a critical factor.
We can’t promise that you’ll be hired or get a contract from a customer. Our job is simply to help you connect with potential customers/buyers.
7. The Service Providers/Professional’s Responsibilities
You’ll work under your own name or business name, not All-architecture’s, and you’ll be using your tools and resources to do the job.
You promise All-architecture.co.uk that you’ll deliver your services with care, diligence, and integrity, maintaining the high standard of quality that customers can reasonably expect. You’ll also follow all relevant laws, guidelines, and regulations, including those related to data privacy, consumer protection, and health and safety.

- Provide accurate and complete information promptly as reasonably requested by us.
- Adhere to our Website Terms of Use.
- Follow all policies and requirements specified on the Website, as updated by us periodically.
- You’ll need to meet any vetting requirements before, during, and after the onboarding process. We might also have additional vetting requirements from time to time.
- Make sure to let customers know that the services you provide are offered by you, not by All-architecture.co.uk.
- Keep things professional and avoid using any offensive or abusive language with customers or our staff.
Follow all relevant laws and regulations about anti-bribery and anti-corruption, including the Bribery Act 2010.
You can manage your own clients and offer your services on other platforms, even ones that compete with us. However, once you get a request through our website, you need to honor your commitments.
8. Payment & Invoices
Based on your profile we (all-architecture) will allow you to use our services in the following two modes of payment options.
Pre-Paid Invoice: You will be paying your budget up front and you will consume a fixed cost per lead/appointment from that budget.
Post Paid invoice: subject to our (all-architecture) discretion and qualifying criteria we will allow you to consume a fixed cost per lead/appointment and once we raise an invoice you will be making payment based on what you have consumed. Payment terms by this method will be communicated to you in your contract/agreement.
An advance payment on leads/appointments and/or a fixed or variable commission rate are based on your contract or agreement.
Any amount which is due to us based on your invoice type must be paid to us by the due date on your invoice and any delay to this will cost further charges.
Please note that we do not offer any Refunds on leads/appointments.
In a rare case if we need to issue a credit that will be only on the desecration of all-architecture. In the event all-architecture approves a refund of credit/lead this will be only applied to your account/profile with us and never to any bank account or card.

We might update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It’s a good idea to review them whenever you visit our website so you’re aware of any changes, as these changes will apply to you. We’ll let you know about updates by updating the "Last updated" date on these Terms, and you agree to waive any right to receive individual notice of such changes. Please check the applicable Terms each time you use our website to understand which Terms apply. By continuing to use the website after any changes are posted, you agree to the new Terms. Make sure to check the Terms each time you use the site to see what applies.
This Agreement is just between you and us. It doesn’t give any rights to people outside of this agreement, and no one else can enforce its terms.
We can transfer our contract to someone else if needed. This means we might pass on our rights and responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions to another organization.
These Terms and Conditions are specific to you, and you may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent, which can be requested via email or letter at the address provided. Any unauthorized attempt to transfer or assign will be allowed.
Any notice you need to give under these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and sent to the other party’s business address or any other address they’ve provided.
These Terms and Conditions do not create any partnership or joint venture between the parties, nor do they establish one party as the agent of the other or authorize any party to make commitments on behalf of the other. Both parties acknowledge that they are independent contractors, and nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall make either party (or its staff) an employee of the other.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under applicable law, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue to be in effect. Each provision of these Terms and Conditions operates independently.
A delay in enforcing these Terms and Conditions does not prevent us from enforcing them later. If we don’t act immediately when you don’t meet your obligations or if there’s a breach, it does not relieve you of your responsibilities or prevent us from acting in the future. Not addressing a breach now doesn’t mean we give up our right to enforce these Terms in the future if similar issues come up.
These Terms of Use are governed by English law (laws of England), and any disputes related to them (including those that aren’t part of a contract) must be settled in English courts.

We’ll reach out to you via email or post notices on the Website. For legal purposes, you accept that electronic messages count as written communication and meet the legal requirements for such communications. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
